Introduction

After waiting outside her home in South Qeynos, Dubia finally made it to Lady Briarthorn Paidonomos's, Fury of Truewatch, house.

After Briarthorn explaining about the mess because of the Frostfell play, Dubia began the interview.....

The Interview

Dubia: Eeeeeps! Dubia: Is be lots of things in here

Briarthorn: Hail, Dubia

Briarthorn formally curtsies to Dubia. Briarthorn giggles at Dubia. Dubia waves hello to Briarthorn. Dubia: Is be place where me cans jump?

Briarthorn: you have to jump to get over everything on the stairs laughs

Dubia sees the presents at the bottom of the stairs Dubia: Presants!!!

After some persuading, Briarthorn finally got Dubia to come to her bedroom

Dubia: Ooohs Dubia: Is be warm here

Briarthorn: my fireplace smiles shall we do the interview here dear?

Dubia: Yeppers

Briarthorn: let me grab us some pillows...

Dubia: me likes them pillows

Briarthorn: there we go

Dubia: Weeee Dubia jumps up and down

Briarthorn: the bed is great for bouncing on too.. but i think your height would mess things up a bit chuckles

Dubia: Ohs....Miss T saids me not alloweds to jump on others beds. Me broke Mr Anacs bed

Briarthorn: ahhhh... but Mister Anac cannot call the wood to repare itself winks so you can jump on my beds any time you wand dear. The one by the bath is supposed to be EXTRA jumpy according to Biannca

Briarthorn: something bout extra strong springs...

Briarthorn giggles at Dubia. Dubia: Me see if Wisps want to haves a go Dubia gets up and walks to wisp who is hiding in the corner and whispers to Wisp Dubia: Noppers...hims happy there

Briarthorn: Taraiha said something about you having some questions to ask me for the guild's newsletter? smiles

Dubia: Yeppers...is stuck a list to my robes……so me not lose it Briarthorn nods and smiles

Briarthorn: A grand place to put it

Dubia: errrms...me find a good one to asks you…oohs oohs..is be goods one

Dubia: Is be bigs house here with pillows, is anyones else lives here?

Briarthorn: I stay here when not outdoors sleeping under the stars smiles sometimes my friends and family stay. After all this is the guildhouse! nods

Dubia: Is haves other family in Truewatch?

Briarthorn: Oh I have several! Lady Issabeau, little mousie Biannca, and a new fae friend has joined.. who has taken the name Briar after hearing of my name. Ahh.. and there's Ctaaj chuckles softly

Briarthorn: Bastette is still there.. but she's gone into a hibernation sleep for now

Dubia: me likes mousies...thems small and stuffs

Briarthorn: Biannca is amazing at working with wood. Most of what is in this house was made by her nods

Dubia: Yeppers..me likes families peoples who can makes things Dubia: Is makes things too?"

Briarthorn: aye, Issabeau is on her way to being a great sage someday smiles I myself find little time to get away to craft, though I have dabbled in cooking and tailoring both. I am too busy chatting with everyone to ever get time to sew a stitch anymore!

Briarthorn laughs Dubia: Me knows that. Is see you talkings all time you awakes. Is must enjoys beings in Truewatch for manys to talks to?

Briarthorn: I love Truewatch with all my heart smiles So many friends, both within our guild and who are friends of our guild. I am honored to know and chat with them all.

Dubia spots something and jumps off the pillows Dubia: Ooooh….shiny bottle

Briarthorn: Just do not rub it sweetie.. it will take you to another small world.. or at least wait till we are done talking Smiles

Dubia: Awwww

Briarthorn: because where it takes you is a place only for one to enter at a time nods"

Dubia: is got things from everywheres in here.

Briarthorn: Aye, quests are something I love very much to complete. I find a lot of joy in poking around in the nooks and crannies of Norrath and finding new things

Briarthorn: The things you see that are not crafted here came from such things nods"

Dubia: Is have bestest place is been to?

Briarthorn: The best place to adventure? or to just go and sit?"

Dubia: boths" Dubia: Me thinks"

Briarthorn: ahh.. to go and sit... I have two favorite places. When i have whispers coming in from many a place there's an old tree outside the South Qeynos mage tower I love to go sit in the shade under and feed the deer"

Briarthorn: if i want to see a sunset... the wooded grove in which the Antonica Druid ring now stands.... there's an old log there perfect to watch the sun set over the ocean on nods

Briarthorn: To adventure....... thinks a moment then smiles ANYWHERE that I can go have fun with friends or family! cackles merrily

Dubia: Me likes Nektulos Forest

Briarthorn: Its a grand forest.. and the tree's there are getting stronger. Some of the corruption seems to have been pushed back by the freeport militia finally nods

Dubia: noppies...is be owlbears there...yeppers Dubia: Me likes thems"

Dubia: is haves any pets is likes?

Briarthorn: I have a LOT of pets... but only three that stay here regularly in this house with me all the time smilesBRairthorn: Two dragons.. Lemony snicket and Adorha, who is Delta's dragon who came to play with Lemony and stayed chuckles and Sebastian my kittie... though he's at a friends house at the moment in preparation for the guild's christmas play setup

Briarthorn: I didn't want anyone getting stepped on you know... chuckles

Dubia: You be thinkings nice things all the times

Briarthorn: I do... some blame it on being a halfling. I think its just in being ME. I always try to see the good in folk because every person that walks norrath has good in them somewhere.. sometimes its just easier to find than ohters"

Briarthorn chuckles merrily Dubia: Is be Druid likes Narzoo....Is likes doing thats stuff?

Briarthorn: ooooh yes! I LOVE being a druid. As my mother was, and my grandmother, and even my great grandmother! We have always lived for being caretakers of nature in some way or another nods

Dubia: Ifs not a Druid....erm...what would is be?

Briarthorn: ooh goodness... uhm....

Briarthorn: I would likely be a ranger? Because they too work closely with nature as I do.. and respect the laws of Karana and Tunare in their ways nods

Dubia: Me heards Narzoo says bows is cheating

Briarthorn: Bows are not cheating.. .they are putting to good use the skills given to us by the gods chuckles some are just good at doing things long distance! cackles merrily

Briarthorn: Personally I prefer hitting from afar too with my roots and spells.. because then I survive a whole lot longer!

Dubia: Is have Wisps to protects me like that. Hims brave

Briarthorn: Aye, all your summoned friends are good companions to help keep you safe

Dubia: Me loves them alls

Dubia: Wisp haves hide and seeks games with me. Is haves games you playeds with Truewatch togethers?

Briarthorn: we have done several over the years... chuckles foot races, hide and seeks, scavenger hunts, and more! I will never forget playing hide and seek in the harbor once.. it was great fun!

Briarthorn cackles merrily as she recalls it

Dubia looks around Dubia: Ohs... Dubia: Is gones Dubia: Ermms? Dubia: Me losts thems. The questions Briarthorn giggles Dubia: Me hopes Miss T not be angries

Briarthorn: no worries.. are there any ohter questions you have yourself? or can recall?

Dubia: Ermms....Is likes pinks things? Dubia: yeppers...that be goods one

Briarthorn: I love pink things chuckles I have several dresses of them chuckleS and I used pink in my new fireplace points to it

Dubia: Ooohs

Dubia reaches out to touch the pink flames Dubia: OUCHIES! Briarthorn casts a spell on Dubia's hand Dubia: Is be hots

Briarthorn: Yes, yes it is dear. It keeps the house warm

Dubia: Me likes warm things Dubia: Is likes huggings Owlbears Dubia: Is likes doing thats too?

Briarthorn: Lemony's breath can be quite warm cackles when she sneezes! Owlbears are a strong race, and very noble smiles I have hugged one or two in my lifetime nods

Dubia: Ermsss...me not thinks of anythings else

Briarthorn: Shall we end it there then dear? or do you have more things?

Briarthorn looks around for the paper piece with the remaining questions Dubia: ermsss....me haves to gets a pictures

Briarthorn: lets go down and take one with Lemony then?

Dubia: Yeppies

Dubia and Briarthorn leave the bedroom and head down the stairs. Dubia: Awwwws...hims be nice Dragons Briathorn and Dubia both giggle as they watch Lemony show off for them

Dubia: Okies...me haves to takes this to Miss T now
