Vital Statistics (at time of interview)

Introduction

Marvinder the Loyal is just returning from a ride in the Sinking Sands when Miss T asks if she would like to conduct her interview for the Guild Walls today.

Smiling broadly, eyes sparkling, Marvinder takes a seat next to Miss T in the shade of the Mage Tower in South Qeynos, while her horse has a snack of some grass nearby.

The Interview

Marvinder Taraiha: Well now Miss Marv, is nice fer finilly intyview yous! Marvinder: It's brilliant

• Taraiha flips through her notebook*: hmms... werta starts... I knows! Tellus lil bits bout yous fammy an wer yous from. Does you gots eny fammy inna Watch?

Marvinder: Hmm... Lsegundo is my father. I don't have any other family in the guild. I don't normally talk much about my family. Too busy adventuring. Taraiha: Yes yous allus out doin stuffs. What kinda fings you likes doin? Marvinder: That's an easy question *smiles* If there's something to be killed... well.. I'd love to kill it. But sometimes I need assistance. Taraiha: Yous likea get dem big bads huh? Marvinder: Yes. If its big hairy scaley... whatever. I also enjoy tailoring. Taraiha: Ooh yes! gnomie gotsa purdy dress what you mekked is luvly! Marvinder: I try to make all I craft lovely, though sometimes I get cranky and then needles go flying everywhere. But I love slaying. Taraiha: Wass da biggist scarey yous killt so far? Marvinder: The biggest thing I ever killed... Not sure. I have killed some big names. Varsoon I killed numerous times. Taraiha: Hims not wanna stay deadified huh? Marvinder shakes her head: Nope. But he did gimme a few nice presents. Taraiha: Oh well dat alright dens!

• Marvinder grins*

Taraiha looks at her notebook: Does yous gotsa nice housie Miss Marv? Marvinder: My house.... a mish-mash of things I've collected on my travels and sadly, no I don't own a big house. Just a nice cosy one *smiles* Taraiha: Wer dattis? Willer Woods wit da elfies? Marvinder nods: I have my few pets there. Taraiha: Ooh what pets de is? Marvinder: My spider, Fishbait and my birie Willow. Taraiha: Yous bin inna guilds a long time, what yous likes most boutits? Marvinder: All the people in it *smiles* Many cheerful faces and generous hearts and adventurous people. Taraiha: What wer yous fayvrit guild event yous binta? Marvinder: I've only been to one sadly - Olonia's Frostfell party. I especially enjoyed the games. Taraiha: Ooh yes! Dat wer funs! Dit yous win enyfinks? Marvinder grins: I own a round of pass-the-beetle and the Describe a Meal game. The meal had to have beetles in it of course. Taraiha: Oh! Dat wer yous resippee? GNomie liked da sounts o dat ones> Wittouta beetlies innit o course. Dit yous evva mekkits? Marvinder: Thank you, I do spend a little time in the kitchen but I have yet to cook that recipe.

Taraiha: What bouts Norrath isselfs? Who yous fayvrit persin ta talkta in Norraths? Marvinder: Hmm... Well I do talk to the mender quite often but I'm not sure if I have a favourite. I s'pose the broker in Willow Wood is my favourite. Taraiha: You likes shoppin almoss as muchas da gnomie does, I amembers! Yous gots eny good bargins offims? Marvinder: Well I have found one or two bargains but luckily I make a pretty penny tailoring *smiles* Taraiha: You doesa good trades den? Marvinder nods: Very good trades *smiles* I also make my own armour. That's really handy. Taraiha admires Marvinder's outfit: Yes Yous verra goods gnomie finks. I not can sew stuffs is too fiddly. Marvinder nods: Yes... Very annoying and fiddly Taraiha: If you wunnit a furry orra tailor, what yous woult be? Marvinder: Oh I'd love to be a Wizzy Provisioner. I think... maybe an alchemist. But I do like to cast big spells. Taraiha: Is dat what yous likes best bout bein a furry? Marvinder: Yes and knowing that you can save peoples lives. But if I get distracted... wel then... um... the whole group dies *blushes then adds quickly* but not always! I always try to pay attention! Taraiha: But yous can rezzify rights? Marvinder: Yes I have used my rez a lot. *ginrs* I got a lovely new rez spell when I got circle fifty.

Taraiha: What kinda fings mek yous happy or sad? Marvinder: Getting new spells, making money, gaining a circle, they're all things that make me happy. I'm sad when people in my group die and when my crafting fails. Well, actually I get a little angry when my crafting fails *looks sad* Especially if I'm crafting with a rare item. Taraiha nods: I's seened da needlies go flyin... Marvinder: Yes *nods* I always warn whoever is crafting beside me. *grins*

Taraiha: Whers yous fayvrit place fer go in Norraths? Marvinder: Hmmm Norrath... I'm not sure. I like the scenery of Antonica and Enchanted Lands. Oh! And I was n the Sinking Sands today! That was brilliant! Taraiha: Is verra hot up der. Marvinder nods: Everfrost is nice too. Taraiha giggles: Not so hottan sunny ders. Marvinder smiles: No I have to wear earmuffs when I go adventuring there. Taraiha: Does yous binta da fairy lants yets and does you like fairies? Marvinder: Yes, I have done a few small quests there and I love the fae! They're so cute and small and have pretty wings.

Taraiha: Well, is bin verra nice chat wit yous Miss Marv. Gnomie juss gots one lass questhin. Marvinder: I'm all ears. Taraiha: Who yous hairdressa is cuz yous hair is dead purdy? I not seened nobuddy else wit hair like yous evva! Marvinder grins: I do like my hair. I actually forget where I got it. I just always have it like this. Taraiha: Gnomie finks is purdiful! Marvinder: I live your hair too it's really cute! Taraiha: Fankyous I likes me bunchies. *grins* Now we tek picamashurs!
